Mr. Zusha Tenenbaum is the founder and CEO of Savlan Capital. Additionally, Mr. Tenenbaum is the co-founder and partner of Trust Field Services LLC, a property management company that specializes in the renovation and preservation of properties for large asset management companies and equity funds. He enjoys infusing new life to old structures, and has successfully done so for hundreds of properties, through repositioning assets and restructuring management.
Prior to forming the company, in the late 1990s he was the founder of several real estate ventures that focused on distressed multifamily buildings and single family homes. The company was responsible for retrofitting vacant and foreclosed properties into income producing units, that changed the landscape of city neighborhoods, and created dwellings that families can call home.
