American Express has a program right now that will enable people to charge $25 to a vendor (including Chabad of Port Washington which is a registered vendor) on their AMEX card, which will then be refunded to the cardholder on their credit card statement. THIS IS REAL and a there is a very small window of opportunity, because there is a maximum number of refunds (300,000) they will approve, and the program is progressing very fast. There is no catch.
